Department of Transportation,  Los Angeles, CA

Collaboratively working with city officials to develop, implement and evaluate a supervisory training and leadership academy for over 250 supervisors and managers. Conducted a comprehensive initial assessment with the LADOT leadership team and implemented a leadership learning program for supervisors and management.

Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA

The Commonwealth Management Institute is a leadership experience designed to ef fect change in Virginia. This institute trains supervisors and managers employed by the Commonwealth of Virginia.  PEI presents an interactive session on the Leadership Journey to prepare managers for leadership in Virginia state agencies.

American Pharmacists Association, Washington, DC

Developed and presented a series of leadership training and learning experiences for supervisors and leadership at the American Pharmacists Association in Washington, DC. Participants in theses sessions were engaged in practical activities with valuable information directly related to their work in  a safe learning environment.

City of Richmond Sheriff's Department, Richmond, VA

In the development of the Sherriff's Roadmap to Success, PEI team members worked with the department's human resources leaders to develop training experience for senior leaders. Facilitation of these series of learning experiences created an environment for participants to engage by learning from and with each other.

University of Maryland, Baltimore, MD

Collaboratged with University leaders to create a systemwide onboarding program. This program instituted a human resources focused orientation session to initiate the onboarding process. university schools and departments received guidance and support to implement twelve-month onboarding programs specific to their needs.
